Please assess the individual in question by responding to the following commands.

Please provide a diagnosis of the individual’s emotional intelligence.

The individual in question is frail relative to most adults.  This individual is in the bottom 1 percent of all individuals.  Amazingly frail.  Utterly frail.

Please elaborate.

The emotional development of this individual likely peaked in grade school.  Prior to ten years of age.  Prior to adolescence. More likely highly centered between age 5 to age 8.

One could argue that this individual has some characteristics that suggest stunted emotional growth patterns that began at the age of 4.  At the age of 4 an individual has a tendency to blur fantasy and reality.  A 4 year old will also often test boundaries and the limitations imposed by authority in an attempt to assert free will. By and large, this individual has characteristics beyond the age of 4.

This individual demonstrates a many characteristics that present themselves at age 5. Children at this age tend to blame others for cheating when they lose competitions.  They generally believe in the rigidity of rules, though insisting that all rules must be uniquely flexible for themselves.  Individuals at this age tend to insist they are an expert in all matters.  Even those in which they have no experience nor direct knowledge.  They frequently throw tantrums when they do not get what they want. Regardless their behavior, they demand endless praise. This individual frequently demonstrates these behaviors.

This individual is not entirely stunted at the age of 5.  Many of the behaviors exhibited by this individual are those that are often associated with the emotional intelligence of a 7 or 8 year old.  This age group demonstrates a tendency to see everything in terms of black or white. The tend to lack an inability to see two things as true at the same time. They will produce frequent outbursts of anger when things don’t go their way. They possess an xtreme sensitivity to what others think about them.

Regardless of the variability of of behaviors that fall between they ages of 4 to 8, they modal behavior patterns clearly fall into pre adolescence categorization.  This individual’s most common behavioral patterns suggest they are ultimately intellectually stunted due to a consistent lack of emotional intelligence when compared to a typical developed adult.

Can this individual improve their emotional intelligence?

The advanced age of the individual suggests this is highly unlikely.

Ought this individual be in authoritative roles with great responsibility?

Ultimately such an individual in a role of authority and great responsibility would be tantamount to riding in a car driven by a five year old on a mountainous one lane road along gaping cliffs and endless switchbacks.
